• Name The Periyar Library, completed in 2016, is a 1000 sq.ft. educational space designed to promote knowledge and learning in the heart of Velankanni. Built for Mr. Richard, this library offers a calm and conducive environment for reading and studying. With modern architectural design and ample space, it provides a peaceful atmosphere for both young learners and adults. The project was completed with a budget of ₹20 Lakhs, delivering a valuable resource for the community and contributing to the educational infrastructure of the area.
